Salary: £26,000 - £55,000/annum + Package
Title: New Homes Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of the development, guiding customers through the home-buying journey from initial enquiry to completion. You’ll be working in a beautiful show home environment, helping buyers find their perfect property while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers, understanding their needs and requirements
• Provide detailed information on properties, specifications, and the buying process
• Conduct viewings and showcase show homes to a high standard
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to reservation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
• Work closely with internal teams, including site and head office staff
• Ensure the sales area and show homes are always presented to an exceptional standard
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Candidate

• Previous experience in estate agency, new homes, or a sales-driven environment

• Professional, well-presented, and reliable
• Flexible to work weekends (Thursday–Monday schedule)
