Salary: £200 - £215/day

My client is a medium sized contractor, in search of a temp to perm Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business, the role will be based between the clients head office in Canary Wharf, and their two developments in Mile End and West-ferry.

The type of work that my client specialises, in is within the high end residential / new build residential sectors.

The role will involve reporting into a Commercial Manager, overseeing tendering, procurement on smaller packages, and package management and cost reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management or a similar qualification and ideally be on the cusp of stepping up to a Quantity Surveyor position, the client would like someone who is self sufficient however will be on hand to help the successful candidate grow and flourish within this position and get to the next phase of their career offering guidance and support.
