Assistant Technical Coordinator

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000/annum plus travel expenses
Title: Assistant Technical Coordinator

• Assist in coordinating the production and review of detailed working drawing packages from approved planning drawings within agreed fee budgets and design programme through the life of the project.
• Be involved in the appointment of Design Consultants.
• Provide technical support and information to the construction, commercial and regularly liaise with third parties.
• Work with the technical team in checking compliance with Client's requirements, current Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, and relevant BS.
• Assist in obtaining unconditional consents, clearing all statutory authorities set conditions and clear approval from the client.
• Work alongside the technical team to monitor the subcontract drawing approval process.
• Coordinate the submission of Building Regulation packages and coordinate approvals and Building Control condition discharges.
• Assist the Technical team in reviewing all design and technical information to ensure accuracy, detail, buildability, and value.
• Support the procurement of new utility supplies, utility diversions, plot connections and temporary Services while keeping track through internal systems.
• Assist in the production of plot, project home user guides and project Health & Safety Files and all expected handover procedures from the client.
