Salary: £85,000 - £100,000/annum (Outside IR35)

We are exclusively recruiting for a Commercial Manager/Director for a young and ambitious ground works/RC Frame contractor based in West London. They are specialists within their field and boast over 30 years’ experience between the owners. As a company, they’ve been trading for over 3 years and have a current turnover of circa £3m.

Our client typically works with new build social housing contractors overseeing the external packages such as ground works, hard landscaping, RC Structures and Basements. Their geographical patch is within the M25 and that’s the focus they wish to continue.

They are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager / Director to oversee all commercial operations due to their ambitious growth plans. In addition to overseeing the commercial operations, the successful candidate will also be responsible for securing work with new clients within the scope of works/sector previously stated.

We see this as an excellent opportunity for a Senior QS to make the step up into a Management/Director role with a company that have incredible upside potential. The package included is lucrative in that the salary (or day rate) is extremely competitive and our client are willing to pay a percentage of each client/project that is onboarded.

This role would suit someone that is currently working with a ground works contractor or that has a track record of working within that sector, in particular with social housing new build contractors.
