Salary: £65,000 - £70,000/annum
Title: Contracts Manager (South West)

Our client is a well known Modular Contractor in the UK, holding a strong  position in the market with a robust pipeline of projects in 2024 and 2025, they are currently looking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager to assist on multiple DFE projects across the South of UK. 

As a key member, you will be responsible in leading and managing the site team and overseeing the clients needs and requirements throughout all phases to ensure the project meets cost, time, and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

•  Contributing to the formulation of the client's brief and delivery strategy, taking charge of design management, procurement, and execution of the scheme.

•  Organising, planning, and overseeing both internal and external meetings related to the project.

•  Taking the lead in the procurement process for the necessary services and works essential for project delivery.

• Possessing a grasp of budgets and estimates, and the capability to assess and question proposals put forth by contractors.

Candidate requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years' experience as a Senior Site Manager / Contracts Manager.

• MUST have enhanced DBS clearance

•  Black CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid qualified

•  DFE and modular build project experience is essential

•  Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

•  Robust organisational abilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple projects

• Willingness to travel and stay away as needed.
