Salary: £38,000 - £40,000/annum
Title: Customer Care Coordinator (New Homes)
Are you a hands-on professional with a background in carpentry or joinery? Do you take pride in delivering high-quality finishes and exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a New Homes Customer Care Operative to join our growing team and represent our brand across new build sites in the Colchester area.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer care issues in new build homes
- Complete minor repairs including carpentry, joinery, and general finishing tasks
- Liaise with site managers, contractors, and customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all works completed
- Represent the company in a professional, courteous manner at all times
Candidate
As a Customer Care Operative, you'll be the friendly, skilled face of our aftercare service—ensuring any post-completion issues are resolved swiftly and to the highest standard. You’ll visit new homeowners to carry out minor repairs, touch-ups, and snagging, providing reassurance and maintaining our reputation for quality.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in carpentry, joinery, or multi-trade roles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Full UK driving licence
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently across multiple sites
