Responsibilities
  • Complete a range of general maintenance tasks and repairs in occupied homes.
  • Liaise directly with customers to arrange appointments and resolve issues.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, reliability, and courtesy.
  • Ensure all works are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Candidate

As a Customer Care Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our homeowners are delighted with their new homes. You’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of remedial works, delivering timely, high-quality solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.


Candidate requirements
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Experience in general property maintenance or a trade background (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, decorating).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and customer-focused.
