Responsibilities
- Complete a range of general maintenance tasks and repairs in occupied homes.
- Liaise directly with customers to arrange appointments and resolve issues.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, reliability, and courtesy.
- Ensure all works are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

As a Customer Care Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our homeowners are delighted with their new homes. You’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of remedial works, delivering timely, high-quality solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Candidate requirements
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Experience in general property maintenance or a trade background (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, decorating).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and customer-focused.
