Title: Customer Service Coordinator
My client is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Coordinator for their team. A leading residential developer is renowned for creating high-quality homes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our homeowners, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring any issues or queries are resolved efficiently. You will coordinate with various internal teams to ensure the smooth handling of customer requests and maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair works with contractors and internal teams.
- Manage and track customer service issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Provide updates to homeowners on the status of their requests or ongoing projects.
- Work closely with the construction and sales teams to ensure a seamless handover process.
- Assist with post-completion customer care, including defect management and warranty queries.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Candidate
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the residential development or construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of the home-buying process is a plus.
