Title: Customer Service Manager
Are you an experienced customer service professional passionate about delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes and lead our customer service and aftercare function. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our homeowners have a smooth and positive experience from handover through to post-completion support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full customer service and aftercare process across developments
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer service team
- Be the main escalation point for customer enquiries and complaints
- Coordinate defect logging, tracking, and resolution with site teams and contractors
- Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with warranty and quality standards
- Produce performance reports for senior management
Candidate
Monday to Friday, full time.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, ideally within property, construction or a related sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving ability
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-centric mindset with a professional approach
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
