Salary: £39,000 - £43,000/annum
Title: Customer Service Manager


Are you an experienced customer service professional passionate about delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes and lead our customer service and aftercare function. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our homeowners have a smooth and positive experience from handover through to post-completion support.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full customer service and aftercare process across developments
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer service team
  • Be the main escalation point for customer enquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate defect logging, tracking, and resolution with site teams and contractors
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with warranty and quality standards
  • Produce performance reports for senior management

Candidate

Monday to Friday, full time. 


Candidate requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, ideally within property, construction or a related sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving ability
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-centric mindset with a professional approach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
