Salary: £280 - £320/day
Title: Externals Manager

Position: They are looking for an externals/façade manager for a period of 6 months on the re-clad of an existing building in North West London. Someone who is energetic and experienced who can oversee, plan and control the installation of the cladding, roofing, Louvre, brickslip and other related packages

Company: Our client is a privately owned contractor with an annual turnover of £100m, they carry out projects in the health care, education and commercial sectors on both a new build and refurbishment basis

Candidate

Candidate requirements

Individual: Must present well and have a good level of IT skills for appropriate progress reporting. They will also need valid, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Ability to be a team player, good communication skills and be able to work autonomously as well.
