A freelance opportunity has arisen for an Externals bias Site Manager to join their project team. The project is a residential scheme of circa 150 apartments (RC Frame), 10 stories in height. The project is based in Fulham.

 

Responsibilities

The role is to oversee the Façade, external packages included are; SFS, Brickwork, cladding, scaffold, windows, balconies to name a few.
Your day-to-day duties will include (But not limited to); Full management of the external sub-contractors with a key focus on the QA, accurate progress reporting aligned with the programme deadlines, reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.

Our client is a residential developer. They have a large portfolio of live projects within London and are considered as one of the top contractors to work for within London.

Candidate requirements

You must and have proven experience of managing external packages (façade) on residential schemes previously.
