Are you a dynamic and customer-focused professional with a strong background in property maintenance or construction? Do you have experience managing teams and resolving defects efficiently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
I am recruiting for leading property developer based in West London, renowned for delivering high-quality homes and developments. As a Field Service Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive exceptional aftercare and service.
Responsibilities
- Defect Analysis: Investigate and analyse property defects, ensuring root causes are identified and resolved promptly.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of skilled operatives, providing clear direction and support to deliver high standards of workmanship.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the face of the company, meeting customers to address concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the resolution process.
- Operational Oversight: Plan and prioritise tasks effectively, balancing customer needs with operational efficiency.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets our quality standards and complies with regulations.

Candidate
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within property development or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive problem solver with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and defect rectification.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
