Salary: USD $1,800–$2,800/week (Tax-Free)

Our client is an established contractor, delivering luxury resorts, private villas, and major hospitality projects across the stunning Turks & Caicos Islands. They are currently entering a major growth phase, including a 5-year framework agreement with a major developer and ongoing delivery of luxury villas and resort expansions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site labour during finishing phase
• Inspect and approve all finishes and installations (joinery, stonework, tiling, etc.)
• Liaise with site management and subcontractors to maintain programme and quality
• Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship is achieved and maintained
• Flag and correct snags quickly and efficiently

Candidate

You’ll be overseeing all aspects of finishing on ultra-high-end residential and resort projects. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, meticulous quality control, and solid experience working with premium finishes such as marble, stone, bespoke joinery, and other architectural features.

Candidate requirements

My client wants confident, experienced foremen who can lead finishing works on luxury homes or hotels to the most exacting standards. UK or international experience on high-spec builds is ideal.

Essential:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman / Supervisor
• Background in luxury residential or hospitality construction
• Strong eye for detail, with a particular focus on stone, marble, joinery, and bespoke finishes
• Capable of managing small labour teams directly on site
• Willingness to relocate to the Turks & Caicos Islands
