An exciting opportunity for a Fit-Out supervisor to join their busy project based in Woking which is an immediate start. The role will be to oversee a number of apartments from 1st and 2nd fix through to handover.

Responsibilities

As the Fit-Out Supervisor, you will be reporting into a Senior Site Manager, providing frequent, thorough and accurate progress reports on your sections of work.  You’ll be managing all aspects of health and safety, full management and coordination of all sub-contractors and ensuring the highest quality of finish as possible.

Our client is a traditional main contractor that specialise in new build projects. They operate within the residential, leisure and commercial sectors and undertake a large number of mixed used developments. They have a large number of live projects and have a healthy turnover of circa £100m.

Candidate requirements

The successful applicant will need to have experience of working on the internals for residential projects, MUST have a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card.
