Salary: £300 - £375/day

Our client is a privately owned, Large main contractor who specialise in large leisure, and residential projects in excess of £1bn in value

They're currently looking for a M&E Quantity surveyor to join the team on a freelance basis on a project in West London. It will be a minimum of 6 months work with the potential to go on a beyond that. You will be responsible for securing the successful financial delivery of mechanical and electrical works by controlling costs, progressing monthly valuations and managing variations and changes. Prepare on-time monthly valuations following site measurements and work-in-progress reviews. Follow up monthly valuations to make sure that payments are received on time as per the agreed contract conditions Minimum 5 years experience in a surveying role, preferably within a construction environment.
