Title: Freelance Project Manager

My client is a privately owned, medium sized, fit out contractor based in Central London. They undertake jobs from £500k to £5m in value, predominantly in the commercial sector

They are looking for a Project manager to lead a £4.5m project in West London. The project comprises of 3 floors of Cat A+ fit out. The end user being commercial.

Prior experience working and running projects in the commercial fit out market, specifically projects up to £5m as a No1. Good communication and people skills are a must as well, as is valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
