Position: Freelance Site Manager (No.1), Commercial Fit Out

Rate: £270 - £290 per day through umbrella company

Role: Freelance Site Manager to take on the role as on-site No.1 and deliver a commercial Cat A Fit-Out with a value of £1.5m. Overseeing the project from inception to completion, the role involves full day to day management of the site, managing the sub-contractors and also the health and safety. You will be reporting to a visiting Head of Construction.

Individual: Will have a proven track record of delivering commercial fit out schemes with a similar project value. Have worked for established and recognisable D&B main contractors as a number one on site. Must be good with paperwork/reports, good client facing skills, excellent health and safety record, be able to motivate and coordinate various trades to handover project on time and in a safe manner, and be commercially astute. Must have valid and in date SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid. MUST also live within an easily daily commute of West Sussex area.
