Logistics Operative

Salary: £33,000/annum plus package
Title: Logistics Operative

Our client is looking for several Logistics Operatives to join the construction manufacturing industry.

In this role, you will perform various general labouring tasks. Your duties will include assisting tradesmen with pulling cables, installing brackets, gathering materials, and supporting other skilled workers both in the workshop and on-site.

You will also be responsible for the safe use of hand tools, machinery, and other equipment.

The ideal candidate  will have a forklift licence or a crane licence. You will be adept at operating machinery and assembling products and panelised systems.

Responsibilities

Duties:

• Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and goals.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Assembling products using hand tools
• Basic upkeep and maintenance of factory, machinery & maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
• Experience Required
• Fit health for lifting materials on to the machinery.
• Strong work ethic
