Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor needed

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of M&E packages

• Procurement and subcontract management

• Variations, cost reporting and valuations

• Working closely with the delivery and technical teams

• Supporting the project through to final account

Company

The role sits with an established main contractor delivering projects across Central London, and they’re open to both experienced Surveyors and Senior Surveyors depending on background.

Candidate

They’re ideally looking for someone who can start fairly quickly, but will consider candidates on notice.

Candidate requirements

Strong commercial experience across mechanical and electrical packages

Either a main contractor or specialist M&E subcontractor background, 

Must be comfortable managing M&E packages commercially through procurement, variations, and final accounts.

Role benefits

£6,000 Car Allowance + standard benefits
