MEP Site Manager - Kingston

Salary: £50,000 - £51,000/annum plus package
Title: MEP Site Manager - Kingston

We are looking for an MEP Site Manager for a design & build project in Kingston delivering two office buildings plus Cat A Fit-out. The scheme will also incorporate a multistory car-park along with associated public realm works. We are looking for someone who is either mechanically or electrically biased.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in safe delivery of high quality medium to large scale projects to budget and programme.

Experience

• Extensive construction experience in one or more of the following: commercial, retail, health-care, education, refurbishment and/or new build.
• Proven ability to manage and control subcontractors in line with the project programme, safety and environmental legislation.
• Experience of temporary works procedures
• Ability to operate within a team environment
• Ability to produce short term programmes
• Quality focused
• Leadership skills
• IT skills

Qualifications

Essential

• CSCS / SMSTS qualified
• Valid driving licence
• Electrical and or Mechanical Trade Qualification

Desirable

• First Aid at Work
• BIM
• Knowledge of BG6 and RIBA Stages
• NEBOSH
• IOSH Managing Safety in Construction
