MEP Supervisor – Turks & Caicos Islands

Salary: Competitive salary USD $2,000 - $2,500 per week (DOE)
Title: MEP Supervisor – Turks & Caicos Islands

This is a site-based role overseeing the mechanical or electrical installation on luxury residential and hospitality projects. You'll be supervising a small direct labour team (not large subcontractor crews), ensuring quality control, reporting, and hands-on supervision throughout.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP installation (either mechanical or electrical)
• Oversee small site-based labour teams
• Ensure quality assurance and write daily/weekly progress and QA reports
• Liaise with site teams to ensure smooth coordination across trades
• Report back to senior site and project management

Company

Our client is an established contractor, delivering luxury resorts, private villas, and major hospitality projects across the stunning Turks & Caicos Islands. They are currently entering a major growth phase, including a 5-year framework agreement with a major developer and ongoing delivery of luxury villas and resort expansions.

Candidate

You’ll need a solid trade background (electrical or mechanical), strong supervision experience, and a proactive approach to working on remote island projects. UK or international experience on high-spec projects is welcomed.

Candidate requirements

Essential:

• Electrical or Mechanical trade background
• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Foreman on residential/commercial projects
• Good written and spoken communication skills (reports are required)
• Hands-on, team-focused attitude
• Willing to relocate to Turks & Caicos Islands

Role benefits
