We are currently recruiting for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join a growing maintenance and repair company working on new build developments for leading housebuilders. This role offers consistent, long-term work in a fast-paced new build environment, delivering high-quality remedial and finishing works.

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join a growing maintenance and repair company working on new build developments for leading housebuilders. This role offers consistent, long-term work in a fast-paced new build environment, delivering high-quality remedial and finishing works.

Candidate requirements

• Solid multi-trade skillset, with hands-on experience across areas such as plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical work, and painting & decorating
• Proven background in maintenance, repairs, or snagging within residential or new build settings
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team
• High standards of workmanship with a strong eye for detail
• Good understanding of site health and safety practices
• Well-organised with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Full UK driving licence (essential) – company van and fuel card provided
• Relevant trade qualifications are advantageous
• CSCS card preferred but not essential
