Multi-Trader (Finishes Technician)

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000/annum pension
Title: Multi-Trader (Finishes Technician)

My client are on the lookout for an experienced multi-trades technician with experienced working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment. Candidates must have the ability to deliver high quality work within a customer focused role and bring with them a "right first time" attitude with an ability to undertake a variety of multi-trade tasks within customers' homes. As well as having these attributes, the post holder will work collaboratively with others and will carry out inspections and repairs.

Experience:

• Multi-trade experience in doing DIY, property renovations and minor plumbing.
• Loves the idea of travelling around London and outskirts undertaking a wide range of maintenance repairs and odd jobs.
• An excellent problem solver
• A person who remains calm, cool and in control under pressure
• Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard.
• A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.

• Have the ability and skills to multi trade with the experience of carpentry, wet trade, decorating and external works, ideally with a qualification within one of these trades
• Ensure that all works are carried out to a high standard, right first time and within the given time period.
• Be committed, punctual, reliable and flexible.
• Strong organisational skills, including material ordering, multitasking and time management.
• Have the ability to work as part of a team and to work on their own.
• Have Health and Safety awareness and knowledge.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
