Are you a dynamic New Homes Sales Executive looking for your next opportunity? Do you have experience in the new homes sector and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?

We're seeking a motivated and driven sales professional to join a leading housebuilder in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting development, guiding buyers through their home-buying journey and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

🔹 Meet and greet potential buyers, building strong relationships
🔹 Conduct viewings and assist customers throughout the buying process
🔹 Achieve and exceed sales targets
🔹 Work closely with site and marketing teams to drive sales
🔹 Maintain detailed records and provide excellent aftercare

Candidate

✅ Proven experience in new homes sales – this is essential
✅ A passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service
✅ A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to work weekends (with time off during the week)
