Responsibilities

• Preparation of external surfaces including cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Application of protective and decorative coatings to steelwork and masonry
• External painting and finishing works in line with project specifications
• Working safely at height using access equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to all site health and safety procedures

Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team on an external refurbishment project in Carshalton. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality external painting and decoration works to both steelwork and masonry on the exterior of the building.

Candidate requirements

• Proven experience in external painting and decorating
• Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
• PASMA Certificate (Essential)
• Experience working on refurbishment or construction sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards
