Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
Title: Project Manager

Company Overview: Our client is a privately owned main contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £60m. They undertake new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects up to £15m in value on a traditional and design and build within the residential and commercial sectors

Position: Due to the award of a high profile project they are looking for a Project manager to run a £13m, multi floor, structural, commercial, refurbishment project in the west end, It is a complex project with a difficult client There will be a team underneath but the majority of the work will be to ensure smooth running of the project and client liaison

Individual: You will have a strong track record of delivering quality projects for a reputable contractor.
