Project Manager (Nationwide)

Salary: £60,000/annum plus package
Title: Project Manager (Nationwide)

We are seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid role, overseeing construction manufacturing projects nationwide, with a team based in the North.

You will be supervising modular build projects across the UK, your ability to be client-facing and communicating effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

• Leading and motivating the project team, including contractors and subcontractors, to achieve project goals
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
• Preparing and presenting project reports to stakeholders and Management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements
• Quality control measures to ensure construction projects meet industry standards and client expectations
• Conduct regular project reviews and identify areas for improvements
• Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays
• Ensure that all mandatory paperwork and certification are in place during the works
• Coordinate and collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure project requirements and objectives are clearly defined

Candidate requirements

Requirements:

• MIUST be CSCS, SMSTS, FIRST AID certified
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project managing
• Ideally from a Tier 1 or tier 2 company background
• Strong knowledge construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• MUST be proficient in MS projects
