Responsibilities

You’ll be working under a Senior QS as part of a growing commercial team. This is a site-based role offering long-term stability, varied project exposure, and the chance to live and work in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

Company

Our client is an established contractor, delivering luxury resorts, private villas, and major hospitality projects across the stunning Turks & Caicos Islands. They are currently entering a major growth phase, including a 5-year framework agreement with a major developer and ongoing delivery of luxury villas and resort expansions.

Candidate

• Supporting the Senior QS in delivering commercial aspects of high-value villa and resort projects
• Managing cost control, procurement, and contract administration
• Assisting with tendering, valuations, and reporting
• Working collaboratively with on-island and international teams

Candidate requirements

Our client are particularly keen to speak with UK-trained Quantity Surveyors, ideally with a background in high-end residential or hospitality projects. You'll need to be adaptable, proactive, and ready for an overseas challenge.

Essential:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• UK (or equivalent) training/qualification (e.g. BSc in Quantity Surveying, MRICS a bonus)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Willingness to relocate to Turks & Caicos
