Our client is a leading manufacturer, supplier and installers of high-end acoustic blinds, curtains and window shadings into commercial construction and refurbishment projects. They work with some of the biggest brands in the market such as Apple, Netflix and The BBC.  They have an exciting career opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join the business.

Sales Co-ordinator

The Sales Co-ordination team manage the flow and delivery of multiple activities across projects which are ran from start to finish. Their work provides a valuable link between internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will deliver excellent customer service with the highest attention to detail.  You will thrive in a fast-moving environment and pride yourself in being organised, methodical and analytical.

Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Methodical with a keen eye to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritise
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivator
• Epicor, Bluebeam & Sharepoint an advantage but not essential

All training with internal and external systems will be provided. This role offers hybrid working on completion of probation. For more information including salary please apply within!

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

• Setting up and logging enquiries onto the CRM system
• Calculating costs and preparing quotations
• Converting enquiries to order
• Arranging surveyor visits and preparing necessary documentation
• Raising purchase orders and manufacturing work sheets
• Planning required installation visits
• Keeping customers updated with relevant lead-times and delivery schedules.
• Co-ordinating with all departments to ensure the successful manufacture and delivery of works within programme.
