Freelance Senior / Quantity Surveyor Tier 1 Contractor, City of London

Our client are a respected tier 1 contractor undertaking major commercial new build and refurbishment schemes in the City and West End typically ranging from £100m to £500m in value

They are looking for an experienced Senior/ Quantity Surveyor to manage major sub contractor packages from initial procurement through to the successful settlement of final accounts. You will be responsible for pricing and agreeing monthly valuations along with any variations and feeding into the monthly CVR's

You will have worked for a tier 1 or tier 2 main or sub contractor on schemes above £50m in value
