Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 and package
Title: Senior Site Manager - High End, Residential

Our client is a well-established and reputable Main Contractor who specialises in delivering challenging and complex residential refurbishment projects that demand an exacting standard of exceptional finish.

Based in North West London, their projects are located all over the salubrious areas of London and the Home Counties, and have an annual turnover in excess of £50 million per year.  Projects range in value from £3 million to £10 million.

Responsibilities

They are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Site Manager who will report to the Project Manager on a £10 million new build residential project.

You will be able to demonstrate strong knowledge or experience within the following:

• Demonstrate sound understanding of relevant H&S practices and regulations
• Promote a safe working environment
• Site Management experience including management of contractors and external partners
• Ability to prepare site-specific risk assessments and method statements
• Full understanding of the sub-contractor order to minimise sub-contractor variation instructions
• Experience of engaging and consulting with contract surveyors, sub-contractors and relevant partners/stakeholder to work collaboratively to deliver the project

Candidate

The ideal candidate for this Senior Site Manager will have a trade background or HND or Degree level qualification or equivalent in a Construction related field. As well as experience of delivering PRIME residential projects.

You will have a broad knowledge of all trades, and thorough experience of the construction process. The Senior Site Manager will also have to delegate and have experience of leading and motivating teams of sub-contractor.
