Salary: £270 - £290/day
Title: Senior Site Manager - Recladding

My client is in search of a highly motivated and experienced Social Housing Site Manager to join our team on a re-cladding social housing project in East London.

The successful candidate will report into the Project Lead and be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard, within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise site operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is carried out in accordance with the project plan, specification and schedule
* Monitor and manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labour
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation including progress reports, site diaries, and quality control records
* Provide regular progress updates to the Project Lead and attend regular site meetings
* Liaise with the client and local authorities as required
* Ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Social Housing Site Manager is essential
* Must hold an up-to-date CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
* Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and regulations
* Experience in working on re-cladding projects and a bonus if you have worked on social housing re-cladding projects
