Salary: £60,000 - £70,000/annum car allowance, pension and benefits

CSC are delighted to be working with a bespoke luxury house builder in their search for either a senior technical coordinator or someone with proven experience looking to step up to Technical Manager.

The Client work on a mixture of bespoke luxury residential projects built to a high specification so you will be dealing with VIP clients on a daily basis including face to face meetings so presentation is also key to this position.

Projects vary including barn conversions, luxury flats and villas to traditional housing.

The company are approximately 40 in size with financial plans in place for growth over the next 18/ 24 months so now is an exciting and excellent time to join and be part of the company foundations.

In return the company offer a good basic salary (pendant on experience) car allowance and package
