Are you a skilled Site Engineer with a background in managing large-scale projects?

I am actively seeking an experienced Site Engineer who can do a dual role of Site Managing. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the team and manager overseeing a healthcare project in London.

This position offers an avenue for expanding your expertise and evolving into a site manager as the project advances. You'll have the chance to enhance your abilities, eventually becoming a crucial contributor to the project's accomplishment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Review accuracy of calculations in drawings, plans, and quantities
• Lead site surveying and Engineering setting out activities
• Assist in planning and coordinating construction tasks with the site manager
• Supervise day-to-day site operations, liaising with subcontractors and in-house teams
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols
• Contribute to quality control and the implementation of necessary procedures

Candidate requirements

Requirements:

• Demonstrate motivation to drive success in a stimulating project
• Ideal candidate will have their own equipment
• Hold a degree in construction/engineering or related field
• Exhibit excellent IT skills
• Must be CSCS / SMSTS / First aid qualified
