My client is a tier one residential developer in search of a Senior Site Manager to join their team on their 374 unit new build development located in North London.

The role will involve managing two RC frame blocks, consisting of 104 units between them, you will be in charge of overseeing the complete strip out of both blocks back to shell and then the complete refitting out of those blocks.

Experience and understanding of the complete internal fit out process such as taking units from shell and core, 1st & 2nd fix, CML's and client snags / handover is a must.
