Our client is a medium sized residential contractor.  An exciting long-term opportunity has arisen for am internals bias Site Manager. They are looking to add to their current project team to help with the huge increase of upcoming handovers and a new phase already arriving in its 1st fix stage.

The role will involve overseeing the internal works on a range of apartments from 1st and or 2nd fix,  through to handover. You’ll be overseeing  between 20 – 35 apartments at any given time so previous experience of similar responsibilities is essential.

Your day to day duties will include (But not limited to); Full management of the internal trades with a key focus on the quality of delivery. Progress reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.

You must be immediately available and have proven experience of delivering residential apartments from 1st fix through to handover.
