Title: Site Manager - Steel Frame Shed

Our client is a D&B main contractor that operate throughout the nation. Their core business is the construction of Steel framed buildings used extensively in manufacturing, distribution, out-of-town retail, service and data storage sectors.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day construction of a new steel framed storage centre with a construction value of £3m.

Responsibilities

The typical day to day duties include:

• Providing frequent and accurate progress reports to a visiting contracts manager
• Frequent liaison and management of the clients agent
• Chairing weekly site meeting
• Full management of the sub contractors
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• All aspects of health and safety

Candidate requirements

You must have experience of delivering steel frame sheds/buildings as a number 1 site manager.

You must have the following tickets:

SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
