Salary: £220 - £250/day
Title: Site Supervisor / Manager - Refurb

My client has a current project due to start on the 18th March based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex which is includes refurbishment works on a Fire Station and has a construction value of £250k. 

They are looking for a site supervisor/manager to oversee the following scope of works: Roof works, installing air-source heat pumps and insulation throughout the project. 

Responsibilities

Key day to day responsibilities include; 

Supervising circa 10 - 12 men at any given time, essentially being the eyes and ears on-site, progress reporting to the project manager, staying on top of the trades, ensuring the trades turn up each day, reviewing and enforcing health and safety at all times – any issues, picking up the phone to the project manager immediately.

Our client is a medium size main contractor that specialise in refurbishment works within healthcare, education and the public sector.

 

Candidate requirements

The successful candidate MUST be computer literate, the EDM system used onsite is PROCORE.  

Construction tickets required. 

SSSTS or SMSTS 

FIRST AID 
CSCS
