This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who has dipped their toe into the Construction Industry, but is now needing a company to invest and make a career from it!

I am looking for a Team Administrator to join a leading Contractor in Birmingham on a Permanent basis.

You will specifically be helping in the Bid/Proposals Team, but will liaise with all different apartments within the business.

Paying up to £25k depending on experience.

**Previous experience within Construction needed**

Duties will include:

Support the Head of Proposals, providing seamless support such as diary management, general and system administration and coordination of team meetings, events, training and related communications
Arrange approved travel and accommodation in line with expense policy
Lead administration of the workload planner, ensuring all new resource requests, leave, team holiday requests and group activities are logged, to support efficient workload allocation
Support the team's recruitment process - liaising with the Talent Team and setting up interviews
Prepare new starters and ensure their IT equipment and itinerary are in place on their first day
First point of contact for IT issues for the team
Book internal and external meeting rooms and catering as required
Arrange couriers ensuring documents reach their destination on time (occasional activity)
Maintain own filing system and subsequent archiving
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for internal use
