Salary: £375 - £400/day
Title: Technical Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced freelance Technical Services Manager to manage the M&E packages on a £17.5m high end fit out project in London's West End. The project consists of 7 floors of Cat B fit out, a roof terrace and further 2 floor extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, coordination and execution of all M&E works on the project, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the team with M&E design in its early stages, oversee the planning, coordination and execution of all M&E works on the project

* Ensure that all works are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

* Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers

* Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times

* Attend regular meetings with the project team, client and other stakeholders

* Provide technical support and advice to the project team as required

Qualifications and Experience:

* Must have an in-date CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid

* Must live within easy commuting distance of Central London

* Proven experience in a similar role on high-end fit-out projects

* Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and regulations

* Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
