x2 Construction Managers

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 and package
Title: x2 Construction Managers

CSC are working with two specialist main contractors within the commercial, retail, education, healthcare and hospitality fit out sectors.  Both contractors have been borne out of the Senior Leadership Team breaking away from Tier 1 fit out companies.  They want to take the best processes and procedures from the tier one contractor and adding in flexibility, understanding of family life and the want to deliver extra special projects for their clients.

They are currently looking for a Construction Manager who is able to work underneath a Project Manager to deliver CAT A and B fit out projects up to £5 million.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate sound understanding of relevant H&S practices and regulations
• Promote a safe working environment
• Site Management experience including management of contractors and external partners
• Ability to prepare site-specific risk assessments and method statements
• Full understanding of the sub-contractor order to minimise sub-contractor variation instructions
• Experience of engaging and consulting with contract surveyors, sub-contractors and relevant partners/stakeholder to work collaboratively to deliver the project
